If our program chooses to have 4 Train the Trainer Sessions, what could we cover within each session?

Organic Think’s suggestion for Train the Trainer Session topics for four sessions is as follows:

1. Customization + Delivery This Train the Trainer Session would include hand picking the units and modules that are most appropriate for your program and customizing the offerings to meet program outcomes. Review of the delivery methodology for the chosen units and modules so that instructors are familiar with the rhythm and flow of the entirety of their program-specific curriculum and within the individual modules. Review the activities within the chosen modules to ensure instructor mastery.
2. Content Review Session 1 In light of the chosen units and modules and the knowledge foundation of the instructors, Organic Think will cover technical content with the instructors. Resources and references for each topic will be reviewed as well.
3. Content Review Session 2 Continuation of the goals of Content Review Session 2.
4. Green Jobs + Marketing This session reviews modern marketing techniques including social media, digital student Greenfolios, action plans and marketing plans that can be utilized within programs and by program students to market themselves in finding employment or starting their own businesses.
