Located within a historic district, our personal home’s exterior is contextural, with a modern bend inside. NC HealthyBuilt Gold certified, some green features include open-cell foam insulation, tankless water heater, energy efficiency framing, dual flush toilets, and low VOC and no VOC paints and finishes. The flooring is milled lumber from trees from some of our previous infill job sites. This home was featured in Newsweek, and will be included in Southern Living Magazine in 2009.
